Infoaccords Technologies, having its registered address at SCO 59, Second Floor, Sector 20 C, Chandigarh – 160020 (“Infoaccords”,”www.ministryofpos.com”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is managing and operating the mobile application/website www.ministryofpos.com(collectively referred to as the “ministry of POS Platform”), through which it inter alia facilitates the sale of computers, softwares, printers, scanners, televisions, mobile, tablet, television, audio,cameras, kitchen appliances, digital services products, computer consumables, stationary and other products (“Products”) to the users of the Ministry of POS Platform (“User” or “Users” or “you” or “your”).

This Pricing and Payments Policy (“PPP Policy”), along with the Terms of Use, outlines the accepted payment methods and the policies and procedures regarding pricing and payments for services offered through www.ministryofpos.com. Our primary objective is to ensure that www.ministryofpos.com is user-friendly and equipped with adequate security measures to protect any financial information shared by users.

Users are required to read and understand the terms of this PPP Policy. If you do not agree with the terms outlined in this PPP Policy, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and this PPP Policy, and to immediately cease using www.ministryofpos.com. By using, browsing, accessing, or purchasing from www.ministryofpos.com, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this PPP Policy without modification.

To ensure user convenience, www.ministryofpos.com offers multiple payment options. Without prior notice to users, www.ministryofpos.com reserves the right to add or remove payment options from the list below:

  1. Payment through net banking facilities
  2. Payment through select credit cards
  3. Payment through select debit cards
  4. Payments through prepaid payment instruments and electronic wallets
  5. Payment through store credit
  6. EMI (Equated Monthly Installment)
  7. Payment through UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
  8. Any other payment option as may be provided by www.ministryofpos.com from time to time
  9. Secure payment gateways will be used to process all the mentioned payment methods.

The ‘cash on delivery’ payment option allows Users to make a cash-only payment to our delivery executive or logistic partner at the time of delivery of the purchased Products to the User. Presently, we offer a maximum order value of INR 10,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand) under the cash on delivery payment option. www.ministryofpos.com reserves the right not to provide cash on delivery payment option for certain Products (these could be Products specified by www.ministryofpos.com or Products with value exceeding a specified amount) or locations. User(s) are required to peruse and accept the terms set out under the Cancellation and Return Policy. Which sets out the terms of refunds for transactions carried out using the cash on delivery payment option.

If a user cancels an order for which payment has already been made to www.ministryofpos.com, the user has the option to convert the amount paid into store credit if the order is canceled by the customer support team. Additionally, any refunds for products purchased through the ‘cash on delivery’ payment option will be transferred as store credit into the user’s store credit account. www.ministryofpos.com may also, at its sole discretion, grant users store credit. The store credits can only be used for future purchases on www.ministryofpos.com.

If a user wishes to deactivate their account with www.ministryofpos.com, any store credit available in the user’s store credit account will be forfeited. Therefore, the user agrees to use any existing store credit before requesting the deactivation of their account. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, any refund of store credit to the user will be at the sole discretion of www.ministryofpos.com. If www.ministryofpos.com suspects any fraudulent activities, it reserves the right to withhold the transfer of any store credits to the user.

www.ministryofpos.com reserves the right to impose limits on the number of transactions a user may undertake on the www.ministryofpos.com platform. If a user exceeds these transaction limits, www.ministryofpos.com reserves the right to refuse to process such transactions. Transactions from users with suspicious or questionable transaction history on the platform may also be refused. If www.ministryofpos.com is dissatisfied with the credibility of a user or the genuineness of a transaction, it reserves the right to reject such transactions. www.ministryofpos.com may also delay the dispatch of products purchased by such users or cancel the entire purchase at its sole discretion. The user agrees that www.ministryofpos.com shall not be liable for any damage, interest, or claims resulting from its decision to not process a transaction or to delay processing a transaction due to suspicious activity on the platform.

www.ministryofpos.com shall not be held responsible and shall not assume any liability for any loss or damage suffered by a user due to:
Lack of authorization for any transaction, including transactions carried out on gift cards and vouchers issued to users as part of www.ministryofpos.com’s promotions.

  1. Exceeding the credit/debit limit mutually agreed upon between the user and the issuing bank.
  2. Any payment issue arising from technical glitches occurring during a transaction.
  3. Declination of a transaction for reasons beyond www.ministryofpos.com’s control.

All the products listed on www.ministryofpos.com include all applicable taxes. You will be responsible for payment of all fees, costs, and charges associated with the purchase of products from us, and you agree to bear any and all applicable taxes, including but not limited to GST, duties, and cesses, etc.

Despite www.ministryofpos.com’s best efforts, there may be instances of mispricing or inaccurate listing of products on the platform during or after the purchase process. While thorough verification processes are carried out prior to the publication of product prices on www.ministryofpos.com, errors and discrepancies arising from technical glitches and time lags are unavoidable.

For clarity, the actions www.ministryofpos.com will take in the event of a price difference between the actual maximum retail price of a product and the final price paid for the product on the platform are outlined below:

  • If the maximum retail price of the products delivered to the user is lower than the final price paid for the product on www.ministryofpos.com, the user shall, within 24 hours from receiving the products, notify us at [email protected], resulting in an acknowledgment. Upon www.ministryofpos.com being satisfied with the user’s claim, the difference in the purchase price against the maximum retail price shall be provided as a gift voucher within 3-5 days from the date of receiving the written notice from the user.
  • If the maximum retail price of the products delivered to the user is equal to or higher than the final price paid for the product on www.ministryofpos.com, the user shall not claim any amount for the difference in maximum retail price listed on the product box against the price listed on the platform.
  • If the actual price of the product(s) listed on www.ministryofpos.com is higher than what has been published due to any typographical or other error or technical glitch, and if www.ministryofpos.com is not providing any offer or discount on such products, www.ministryofpos.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order placed by the user, at its sole discretion. The amount paid by the user shall be refunded as follows:
  • If the actual product(s) is incorrectly listed on www.ministryofpos.com, www.ministryofpos.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse the order placed or replacement requested by the user, at its sole discretion. The amount paid by the user shall be refunded as follows:

To initiate these refunds, the user must email us at [email protected]. Subsequently, if the initial mode of payment for the order was ‘cash on delivery,’ the user will receive a refund to the store credit. If the initial mode of payment for the order was through a payment option other than ‘cash on delivery,’ we may transfer the refund to the user’s source account used to make the initial payment.

Product prices, offers, and promotions are subject to change from time to time without prior notice. All prices displayed on the website www.ministryofpos.com are inclusive of taxes. www.ministryofpos.com reserves the right to change the prices of products, services, and their availability at our sole discretion. No refunds of orders will be entertained on account of price changes of the product on the website at any point in time.

While the www.ministryofpos.com website strives to maintain promotion accuracy, there may be rare instances where a promo or discount is not applied. Customers can cancel their orders and attempt to place a new order. After order delivery, any inaccuracies regarding discounts or any doubts expressed by the customer will not be entertained.

Some of the freebies offered on the www.ministryofpos.com website are automatically added to the shopping cart. However, www.ministryofpos.com also offers bundle promotions from time to time, which are user-driven and must be added to the cart by the customer.

The total invoice value will match the amount listed on the website or the final order value. However, as per GST requirements, the price of the freebie or promotional product will be apportioned between the two products on the invoice.

To return or cancel such orders, the freebie or promotional product must also be canceled or returned for a full refund. Customers who retain the freebie will receive a refund minus the proportionate amount of the freebie as specified on the invoice.
